Orders and Shipping
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1–2 business days. For international orders, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.
Creating an account on liplush.nl is easy. Simply click on the ‘Account’ icon at the top right of the homepage, then select ‘Create Account’. Fill in your details, confirm your email, and your account will be ready to use.
To change your shipping address, log in to your account on liplush.nl and go to ‘Account Details’ ‘Addresses’. There you can edit or add a new shipping address before placing your next order. If you’ve already placed an order and need to change the address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link at any time to check the real-time status of your delivery.
No, we do not store your credit card information. All payments on liplush.nl are processed securely through our trusted payment providers, so your details remain private and protected.
All prices on liplush.nl include VAT (sales tax) where applicable. You won’t see any unexpected charges at checkout.
Yes, we ship internationally! If you’d like to double-check for your country, simply enter your address at checkout and the available shipping options will appear.
Whenever possible, we ship all items in one package. In some cases, if part of your order is stored at a different location, it may arrive in separate shipments — but you’ll always receive tracking for each package.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, simply contact our customer service team and we’ll guide you through the process.
We’re so sorry you received the wrong item. Please contact our customer service with your order number and a photo of the product, and we’ll make sure to send you the correct item right away.
We’re very sorry your order arrived damaged. Please send our customer service team your order number along with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Once your return has been authorized, you can mail it to the return address provided in your return confirmation email. Please make sure to include your order number inside the package so we can process it quickly.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address for you. If it has already been dispatched, we’ll do our best to help resolve it with the carrier.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we can usually make the change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but you can return it after delivery.
At the moment, we don’t offer pre-orders for sold-out items. The best way to stay updated is to sign up for a restock notification on the product page or subscribe to our newsletter — you’ll be the first to know when it’s back in stock.
