Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1–2 business days. For international orders, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your package.
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To start a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service at info@liplush.nl and we’ll guide you through the process. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll arrange your refund or send out your exchange promptly.
To change your shipping address, log in to your account on liplush.nl and go to ‘Account Details’ ‘Addresses’. There you can edit or add a new shipping address before placing your next order. If you’ve already placed an order and need to change the address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link at any time to check the real-time status of your delivery.

Yes, we ship internationally! If you’d like to double-check for your country, simply enter your address at checkout and the available shipping options will appear.
Whenever possible, we ship all items in one package. In some cases, if part of your order is stored at a different location, it may arrive in separate shipments — but you’ll always receive tracking for each package.
